Ron Martinez
Founder/Creator/Inventor
Ron is a media inventor and pioneering narrative game and app designer, writer, producer, and developer, having shipped pathway books, interactive fiction, simulations, MMO games, and more. Former VP Intellectual Property for Yahoo! and creator of book retailing platform, Aer.io, he brings a continuing focus on commerce models to his work, designing monetization into the fabric of narrative systems design.

Kurt McClung
Writer / Narrative Designer / Producer
Creative Lead and World Designer for over fifty original IPs or IP adaptations in a slew of media including video games, interactive books, animation, television, graphic novels, press and pen-and-paper RPG, Kurt continues to create original worlds for major AAA and Indie publishers alike as a consultant and co-development partner via his narrative design studio, Taliespin.

Maja Thomas
Producer/Creator
In addition to producing and creative development with Headcanon, Maja is Chief Innovation Officer for Paris-based global publisher and media company, Hachette Livre. She has won multiple Grammy Awards for her Spoken Word producing and directing, and is also the creator of audiobook divisions for both Time Warner and the Hachette Book Group.

Karole Irène
Designer, Artist, Community Creator
Karole Irène is an accomplished designer, artist, and online community development and curation professional. She was a co-founder of Aer.io, the decentralized marketplace for bookselling, and has led creative projects and organizations both in her native France, and in San Francisco.

Susanna Camp
Advisor, Journalist, Entrepreneur
Susanna Camp is co-author of The Entrepreneur’s Faces, and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Schoolab San Francisco, where she leads two event series including Reinventing Storytelling, co-produced with Headcanon’s Ron Martinez. A career journalist (Wired, Macworld, PCWorld, and Outsidemagazines), she writes weekly stories about emerging technology, business trends and innovation on her website SmartUp.life. Olivier Piasentin
Producer
Having produced several international features and worked for financiers on both sides of the Atlantic, Olivier moved into VR producing a few years ago, focusing on new narrative and immersive theater experiences. He has a knack for shaping projects so they can actually make it to the real world and is currently busy adding games to his pedigree.
